This shows the PCR product from amplifying the DNA of the Xq21.33 proviruses from two Nigerian women without breast cancer (labeled N) and two women with breast cancer (labeled P). The primers sets were CoffXq21.33 to 3 reverse primers noted and one set from 5355F to F Flank which spans the env region of the provirus
