MAGI2-AS3 positively regulated CDK6 in C-33A cells. C-33A cells were transfected with MAGI2-AS3 expression vector and siRNA, and the over-expression and knockdown of MAGI2-AS3 comparing to C and NC groups were confirmed by RT-qPCR at 24 h post-transfection (a).
