(a-d) The abnormal cervical epithelial cells in HSIL were aggregated arranged with enlarged nuclei, irregular nuclear contours, and dark staining. (e) In AIS, crowded glandular epithelial cells with lightly stained lace-like cytoplasm and hyperchromatic enlarged pleomorphic nuclei were observed. (f-l) In SCC, cervical epithelial cells were disorganized, enlarged overlapping nuclei were irregular, with folds and dents, and abundant necrotic cell debris in the background
