Quantitative RT-PCR revealed significant upregulation of JNK (p-value<0.0001) and its major inhibitors, EVI1 (p-value = 0.0062), PTPRR (p-value = 0.0003), and MKP1 (p-value = 0.0031). Error bars represent minimum and maximum data points in each assay. A single outlier sample with 0 value was observed in ATLL group for EVI1 PCR assay, removal of which did not affect the significance of the differential expression between the groups
