B7-H4 expression on EBV-infected Pfeiffer cells. Pfeiffer cells were infected with EBV for 0,2,6,10,14 days. Cells were collected from each time point for analysis. a Cellular proteins were analyzed by Western blotting analysis with 3E8 anti-B7-H4 monoclonal antibodies. b Flow cytometry analysis with 3E8 mAb. Normal mouse IgM was used as a negative control. Cells were resuspended in a solution of FITC-goat anti-mouse IgM. Finally, cells were analyzed using a FACScan flow cytometer
