Lanes 2-6 are five clones from participant C2, lanes 7-11 are from participant C11-C12, and lanes 12-16 are from participant C13. The full-length product (~260 bp) is visible in all five clones from C2 and C13. The 30 base pair deletion mutant (~230 bp) is visible in two clones (lanes 7 and 9, C11) of participant C11-C12.
